With Kincaid's announce- ment, the administration will begin the process immediately of developing a profile, inter- viewing candidates and select- ing the next principal of Burnet High School. "Mark will be with us until June, but we have posted the position and we are in the proc- ess of meeting with the high school staffto develop a profile and know what characteristics and qualities they would like to see in their next principal," McBurnett said. "32 years of experience, that is going to be tough to fill," he added. McBurnett, along with Burnet High School staff will form a committee to interview possible candidates to fill Kincaid's position. "In a perfect world, we would like to find the perfect candidate, approve them and get them to have the opportu- nity to transition and work with Mark before he leaves," McBumett said.
